Cancellation Policy
M. Rose Esthetics Cancellation & Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 24 hours, and missed appointments/no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require the service to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen and will always do my best to handle those situations with care and understanding.
